We roast in small batches at our warehouse in Kansas City metro and ship weekly to guarantee roast freshness. Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days, maybe a little longer if you're at the far corners of the country.

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool and dark like a cabinet. Grind whole bean right before use if possible for best flavor.

Every single origin lists the country, region, farm or co-op, and process on its product page. We source through relationships we've built over years — Levi and Katie have visited many of these farms in person — and we partner with the same producers season after season when we can. Our blends draw from those same relationships. Check out the journal for more.

This blend carries a special meaning for us. The label features Molly, a beloved OT patient whose life and spirit deeply impacted our co-owner, Katie Holland, through her work in physical therapy. We honor Molly’s legacy with her likeness on every bag, celebrating the joy and connection she brought to those around her.

Crafted as a thoughtful evolution of our blend The Daily, the Giveback Blend brings together elevated lots from Brazil and Ethiopia.
