We roast in small batches at our warehouse in Kansas City metro and ship weekly to guarantee roast freshness. Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days, maybe a little longer if you're at the far corners of the country.

The continental 48. If you're outside the lower 48 and want Post in your kitchen, send us a note through our contact page and we'll see what we can work out!

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool and dark like a cabinet. Grind whole bean right before use if possible for best flavor.

Every single origin lists the country, region, farm or co-op, and process on its product page. We source through relationships we've built over years — Levi and Katie have visited many of these farms in person — and we partner with the same producers season after season when we can. Our blends draw from those same relationships. Check out the journal for more.

If a bag isn't what you hoped for, email info@postcoffeecompany.com and we'll make it right.

Cerro Blanco Producers Association

In the community of La Victoria, within the San Martín region of Peru, coffee farming has been a cherished tradition passed down through generations. In 2020, local families came together to form the Cerro Blanco Producers Association (APROCEB), named after the iconic white sand mountain that surrounds them. Eleva Finca's mission is to preserve this coffeegrowing heritage with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and collective development, offering high-quality coffee to the world.
