30-day freshness guarantee

We roast in small batches at our warehouse in Kansas City metro and ship weekly to guarantee roast freshness. Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days, maybe a little longer if you're at the far corners of the country.

The continental 48. If you're outside the lower 48 and want Post in your kitchen, send us a note through our contact page and we'll see what we can work out!

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool and dark like a cabinet. Grind whole bean right before use if possible for best flavor.

Every single origin lists the country, region, farm or co-op, and process on its product page. We source through relationships we've built over years — Levi and Katie have visited many of these farms in person — and we partner with the same producers season after season when we can. Our blends draw from those same relationships. Check out the journal for more.

If a bag isn't what you hoped for, email info@postcoffeecompany.com and we'll make it right.

Nyamurinda Coffee Growers

After the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, sisters Francine and Immaculée rebuilt their lives on their family's land, creating what is now Nyamurinda Coffee Growers Ltd. They started as farmers in 2013, opened their first washing station in 2016, and now operate two stations. Grown near the Nyungwe Forest, their coffee benefits from rich volcanic soil and the unique ecosystem of the Nile-Congo Watershed, resulting in exceptional flavor and quality. They source coffee from their own plantations as well as from women-led smallholders in the Karora Cooperative, processing and roasting for both local and international markets. They proudly champion women empowerment: 100% women owned, 86% women employed, 77% women farmers.
